Jazeera Airways #1 on-time airline in Dubai, ahead of 130 airlines Wins DNATA Best On-Time Performance Award for 2011

Freedom Town, Kuwait March 22, 2012 — Jazeera Airways wins the Dubai National Airline Travel Agency (DNATA) “On-time Performance (OTP) Award” for 2011, outperforming 130 other airlines at the Dubai International Airport. The DNATA OTP Award accolades top-notch performance in achieving sustained operational excellence at the Dubai International Airport.

Jazeera Airways, which started operations in October 2005, has always identified OTP as one of the key commitments to its customers and has since continually upheld a market-leading OTP average 90% and above for the past six years.

In addition to the DNATA award, the US-Based global OTP tracker Flightstats.com has ranked Jazeera Airways as the leader in OTP for the Middle East in 2011.

Jazeera Airways operates an average of XXX flights a week from Kuwait, and operates a two-class cabin comprising a Business Class and an Economy Class. Jazeera Airways’ Business Class offering includes a separate cabin for passengers, exclusive check-in counters, Business lounge access at airports, in-flight à la carte’ menu, and 60 kilograms in free baggage allowance.

The airline’s Economy Class offers travellers free baggage allowance of 40 kilograms, free on-board monthly meals, and year-round value fares.
